
Chapter One
The purpose of this book is to outline some very practical and simple ways to reprogram the subconscious mind and use its vast power to achieve all the things in life we desire. I am speaking of those areas of life that cover it all -- physical, emotional and spiritual. (NOTE: While some may say emotional and spiritual are synonymous, it is my feeling that they are distinctly different, but, of course, do complement each other.) I will offer you a method that will allow you to change your subconscious so that all of the negative things that are holding you back can be completely eliminated.
The Mind Management Concept is a three-part synergism (see chart below) that allows the user to spend a minimum of twenty minutes of practice per day and, when applied, will be successful for anyone how uses it. This system is so straightforward and basic that you can implement it very easily, overcome any self-doubts about its effectiveness, and make it work for you under the most negative odds.
The program offers three foolproof methods of reprogramming the subconscious mind along with activities which you can do without having to attend expensive seminars or buy special equipment. To get started, all you need is a pen, paper, and of course, your mind.
